Have You Used Your FSA Balance?
What is a Flexible Spending Account (FSA)?
A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) is a program, to which you contribute (set aside) money. But, unlike HSA accounts, the money in an FSA account does not roll over to the next benefit year. It’s a “use it or lose it” situation.
Can my FSA card be used for your any of your lenses?
The answer to this is a resounding yes! We accept FSA cards through our site. You place your order using your FSA, just like you would a personal credit card or debit card!
Can I split payment between my FSA and a different card?
Certainly! If you’d like to use your FSA card to pay for a portion of your purchase and apply the remaining balance to a different card, please reach out via chat, support ticket, or email! We would be happy to set that up for you!
When is the last day I can use my FSA card?
You have until Sunday, December 31 at 11:59 p.m. PST to place an order with us using your FSA dollars.
What happens to my unused FSA dollars?
It will vary, depending on the employer, but your employer can (and probably does) keep any FSA money that you don’t spend by the deadline.
Chat with us here, submit a support ticket, or shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org! Or shop now.
We’ll get you taken care of!
So what are you waiting for? Make sure all your FSA dollars are used up before the end of the year!
